[Champion Concept] - Saimak, The Nightmare of the streets.

On the dark streets of Zaun there is no place for the weak. Only the fittest survive here and to show what you can do, you can in the fight clubs: the dark alleys of this city are dotted with them. There are not any laws. Saimak, street child, was the strongest fighter in the entire city. He was hardened in his childhood by difficult life and being a child, he appeared to be very cruel. The older and the stronger he became, the more people afraid of him. Saimak began to participate in street fights earlier than others. He has never been defeated. His authority grew more and more with each victory. So eventually he became self-proclaimed King of Zaun. He has got the whole city under his thumb and everyone afraid of him. There were only few the braves who have dared to fight with him because everyone knew that only the winner will stay alive. Once a very young kid invited Saimak to fight. Nightmare of the streets decided to give a good lesson to the youngster. The rivals were ready to fight, and as it was expected, the lad fell, struck by one blow of Saimak’s huge hand. The winner looked at him curiously and decided not to kill the madman. Saimak turned around and was ready to leave. When taking one step, bully felt a blow on his head and saw wood flinders, flown apart aside. Saimak in disbelief and anger turned around to see the impudent fellow who dared to commit such an act, but he could only see the furious faces of his subordinates. Somebody hit Saimak with a metal stick on the head. At the same time Saimak was grabbed by people who made him kneel and said: "Your crown has fallen". The boy smashed the bottle with flammable liquid about Saimak’s head and set on fire. The traitors broke Saimak’s hands and threw the former king in the muddy streets from where he had arrived many years ago. The news about Saimak’s death spread quickly through Zaun. Victor could not miss such a specimen. Having found blind like a mole and half-dead Saimak, the modifier drove him to his lab. His unconscious body was lying on a cold table. He had blue not functioning hands. His eyes were white, without pupils. His face was burned. His cheek was torn. His body was mutilated. Only Victor could reanimate him. A few weeks later Saimak regained consciousness from a huge electrical charge, which his savior let through his body. Everything was blue-green shade, he felt the taste of metal in his mouth, pain in the hands disappeared. Saimak stood up and looked at himself, he did not recognize himself in the mirror: on the head he had a Mohawk from the iron spikes between which electrical stripes blinked, instead of the usual eyes, he saw green round lens, implanted directly into his eye sockets. His new eyes, that Victor had made for him, glowed with blue lights. Burned skin on his cheek has been replaced by a metal plate, the half-face size. But the most important change in Saimak’s appearance was his hands. They were completely replaced. Instead of his shoulders and arms there were metal rings, which ended in his fingers. Each ring hung in the air separately and they were connected with electrical current passing inside them. Suddenly he saw Victor behind himself. With reversal bully stretched out his hand for a few meters and was about to strike the stranger but Victor managed to catch his fist. Saimak pulled his hand and turned, grabbed Victor and threw it into the wall. The bruiser felt a surge of strength. He turned and looked through the open window and jumped out of it, hiding in the fog lanes. Nightmare of the Streets has come back. He wants revenge, as well as to return all lost.

Saimak is a melee warrior with moderate damage and average armor. He is able to stand well on the top and the middle line, as well as in the woods. He causes mixed physical and magical damage.

Passive. Modification. Saimak stores "Charge" with each blow. If he hits using skills, he collects a bit more. When the "Charge" reaches a maximum, the following autoattack inflicts additional magic damage, which can be extended up to 5 targets.
Q. Hook. Reload: 10/5 sec. Saimak moves the objects to the selected side of the range. If hitting goal is facing the wall, it is stunning, otherwise - it is slowing.
W. Kick to the jaw. Reload: 15/7 sec Saimak beats in the direction from the distance, causing physical damage.
E. Scramble. Reload: 20/10 sec Saimak makes a series of attacks with high damage. If he attacks the champion in a fight, his "charge" is recharged with each strike. The duration of this skill is 10 seconds.
R. Electric clap. Reload: 80/60 sec Saimak claps his hands, covering a large area in front of him. All the goals which are caught by Nightmare of the Streets, shift towards the center of the clap in a short distance. The goals at the epicenter of the clap are stunned.

Appearance
Bald head, along the skull from the forehead and neck there is mohawk, lightning sometimes jumps between its cones. Green round lens are implanted into his eye sockets. His eyes glowed with blue lights. Half of his face is replaced by a metal patch. He is wearing a leather waistcoat, loose trousers and high boots. His clothes is torn into places. His hands are metal rings, that are connected with electro-magnetic force. In the intervals between the rings one can see rays of electricity. His voice is rough, low, slightly distorted by electricity.
Skins
Saimak, the Warrior of roads
He wears bandana on his head, the metal spikes penetrate it through. He is wearing biker sunglasses. Chains hang on his pants. Spikes stick on his shoulders and his boots. Hands are as in the original Skin, but there are red rays inside them. Return Animation Catches his motorbike and drifts on it until it is covered with smoke and returns to the base.
Saimak from the Warring Kingdoms
A dragon mask is on his head, it covers the lower part of the face. There is a dragon crest along his head. He dressed in an oriental style, two ropes hang on his hips like braces. Hands are stones through their cracks green glow is seeping. **Return animation ** He can do lunging to the right, and then to the left, then down, bounces upward, turning into the spirit of the dragon.
