I wish riot would quit playing and put out a new Lucian skin.. Like a legendary ... i would spend all my money on that know matter how much it cost.. Im an artist i would even design the skin my self..

I mean yeah he needs a new skin but. WHERE THE FRICK IS A NEW BLACK CHAMPION Lucian is about the only black champion. I know a lot of people will say "But Ekko tho" well Ekko has an arabian skin so he kinda doesn't count :| even if you count him that's only two black champions Riot please blacklivesmatter lol
