Arcade Sona skin straight depressing?

to me arcade sona skin just seems dark and depressing. when you think of arcade you think of all these bright colors and lights flashing but you don't get it from this skin. The star ribbons just seem to be too dark and maybe im just crazy but I would love to see this skin be brightened up
