Ice Lich Karthus skin?

I think Karthus would do well with a winter skin. I realize that an ice lich is not a new idea, but I think his kit could enjoy the particle and animation possibilities.

Animation ideas for abilities:

Auto attack - Throwing snowballs of course

Q - Exploding snowballs from the ground

W - Could have icicles fall to create the edges of the wall or snowmen as well.

E - A blizzard surrounds Karthus (similar to Anivia ult but cooler looking).

R - His ult could start with a few snowflakes being channeled over the enemies and then a pile of snow falls on them. Or start with the snow and then have a giant icicle fall on their heads.

I think this could be a fun winter skin like Ziggs, or it could be a more twisted winter skin to fit with Karthus' undead personality. I'm no artist, so I can't provide images to go along with my idea, but there is my idea.
