Sewer mutant nami

It would be nami but with a dark green tale and grey skin wearing a old torn tshirt and her staff would be a sign that says no swimming in the sewer water. All of the water from her ability's would be dirty and her ult would have a bunch of trash and stuff in it. I am really bad at drawing so i dont have a picture of it but if anyone wants to draw it that would be nice.
