Pirate Themed skin line

I would like the next batch/or sometime in the future batch of 750-1350 skins to be a pirate themed one. Obviously don't include the already pirate/pirate-like champions (gangplank, MF, etc), but have it where they are dressing up as pirates; like if you choose Jinx, then have her wear a thick beard prop on her face.

So it wouldn't be so much as them being pirates, but them dressing up as pirates. Perhaps you could do a release date of next year around 'international talk like a pirate day', which will be Tuesday September 19, 2017.

I'm not going to leave a list of champions I would like included, I'll leave that up to Riot and the community, because I'm sure many of you can come up with insanely creative ideas.
