Riot, I have noticed many skins come out for champions that have been released later than Zac . I know there is reasons behind your actions....maybe no ideas...or I have even heard a skin for a gooey character would be hard to create via animations/texture..... But take a second and think; SANDMAN ZAC!!! With all this Shurima story going on...is what gave me the idea. Please...take all credit I dont care....just get this green hero a skin! :D I really feel sandman zac is a pretty good idea! Let me know...Christmas is around the corner!!

that is a good idea, it totally fits with his current animations, just give him a grainy texture and some sand particles. I wouldnt even care if its crappy and rushed, just do it!
