Ekko and Zilean skins

Has anyone at riot still remember the concept of making ''Back To The Future'' themed skins for Zilean and Ekko because i feel like they definitely should because its a teenager and an old guy who both manipulate time and im pretty sure ekko needs a GOOD skin besides project and i think Zilean should get a skin since its been a while for him . If they ever think about this they should probably make them both legendary skins like when they released Nightbringer yasuo and Dawnbringer Riven. Its just a concept i believe to be very good, I also remember a rioter saying something about it in a post but it has been almost 2 years since that post and i'm still waiting to see if they'll actually do it or at least think about it.
