I want to ask that if i am level before the pre season would I be getting 30 chests for leveling up.Please answer to my question.

If I understand your question correctly. No, you will not receive 30 chests if you're already level 30 once Preseason hits.

So it's wrong with the people who just reached level 30.I haven't buyed that much Champs and we wouldn't get IP after matches. So how we will buy Champs then. THANKS.
