The Draven [Skin Concept] #makeNoxusGreatAgain

The Draven is a well-known Noxian public figure, famous for his showmanship and incredible ego. Posessed of orange hair and skin, tiny hands, and a consuming desire to write his name on everything in big, gold block letters, The Draven recently returned to the public eye by announcing his candidacy as the successor of Grand General Swain. Many believe that this was simply a publicity stunt to gain The Draven more of the attention he glories in, but he has gained a following of staunch supporters who maintain that all he wants is to make Noxus great again. The Draven claims a friendly relationship with Jarvan III of Demacia and that J3 has accoladed him as "genius", though some detractors (including King Jarvan) maintain that the word used was closer to "flamboyant". The Draven proposes to empower the Noxian poor by reducing taxation on the nation's elite, and considers the work he puts into his executions to be just as much of a sacrifice as that of the families of dead Noxian soldiers.

I'd greatly appreciate it if someone made a splash for The Draven; I tried photoshopping his classic skin to make him orange and tiny-handed, and replacing the gold trim on his axe with DRAVEN, but I'm not very good at that sort of thing.
