Skin/Lore Theme Add-ons!

So everyone is aware of the "Blood Moon" setting when it comes to skins. Well I was thinking there could be an opposing setting within that Lore/skin type that is called "Blue Moon". For example, there could be be "Blue Moon Diana", "Blue Moon Soraka", "Blue Moon Lucian" and many more. Essentially, instead of the series being dark and menacing looking (like the Blood Moon), the skins could give off a sort of glowing, holy like vibe if you will. I thought this idea would be very interesting to interpret. It's separate from the whole Realm fights and Culture fights that have already been in place for so long within the lore.
