Garen need a new visuals upgrade?

The current skin of garen seems to make people question he looked so different in the cinematic https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEnsqpThaFg Which here he look more slim and young like in he's mid 20's but in game he looks more like Andre the giant wearing armor. I know people don't use him much but i think he still need a VU and give him more love because he's the iconic #SpintoWin of League. Besides he needs to be handsome for clears throat you know...Katarina. So overall i think garen needs a VU just to give the big guy some more love and with the new rework this might just work. What do you guys think?
