one of my skin is disapear from my account......the "mecha kha'zix " skin was not in my account now.....it's so expensive..like 1350RP......pls riot i want it back....pls....i didn't sell it.....then how can it be happend....? pls see about this pls.......
Submit a Support Ticket and ask them to look into it. If you have a recording of a game where you used the skin, that may be of use.
Literally today I went through all my skins and recorded it so there will be video proof of all skins I own so this won't ever be too big of an issue.
Ya know sometimes you only need to use one period to separate thoughts.
If you bought or were gifted the skin with RP that was obtained via abusing the Refer A Friend system, Riot goes and takes away content that was bought with that RP.
You might have played an ARAM game with a skinboost and thought the skin was yours to keep forever? Sadly, it isn't and the skin only lasts for one game. If this was the case, then Riot can't do anything about that.
