Browser Client

Only wondering, why there is no client for a browser. where its not needed to download the game. I have a lot of free time but i don't usually take my laptop with me everywhere i go. most of the time i use others computers and they don't have the game on their pc's. a browser client will solve the problem so i don't have to wait like 3 hours till the game is installed.
