ff 15 and give up the rest of the game.

roughly 50% of my games lately.. someone loses their lane and tries ffing at 15 then gives up and just does basically nothing but talk trash the rest of the game.. or ints or sits in base ff'ing over and over and over. i was a g1 now g3. i think there should be a way to (1.) block all future ff's from select players. and (2.) have a report section for players like this, or possibly just an option to NEVER play with a person again. because i have had a few of the same people in games after reporting anyways. - im not the best player in the world. but it seems to be a habit of players in the elo to just give up. i was silver for a long time. went from silver 1 to gold 1 in about 2 weeks. and then this spree of people came along. and i cant even have fun and play a full game anymore. or we play the whole game and its all about how bad everyone sucks. typical league i know. but it should change. something should.
