I have a question about Pax, does every Pax have riot people there or just one Pax like Pax East?

We've scaled back our presence at NA events, as compared to previous years. You can find out more about that here.
TL;DR, we'll still have speaker panels and the Cospitality Lounge. I'm not sure what the case may be for PAX Australia, since I'm personally only familiar with NA changes.
