Bunnymap5 votesOther than the image (not splash arts) being a bit too bright and the summoner spells not being the same size, I think it looks great. Might want to remove the level to prevent level shaming though. It's not a problem right now, but when people actually start getting to higher levels it'll probably appear.

A level 100 could be in bronze while a level 45 could be in diamond.
The only point of mockery would be towards the higher level players who happen to be in the really low ranks.

That said, while I can't speak for anyone else on this, I wouldn't mind showing my level. Anyone so desperate to hold any level of superiority over their fellow player that they would bash someone over a meaningless number would be pathetic and I would feel pity for the one who attempted to mock me. Plus, it will likely be the first thing they do in the match making it an easy mute.
My mistake was not thinking of the bigger picture. My bad.

yes it is, unless you are playing, yi, olaf, hecarim, udyr, singed, shaco you need flash, even on those champs most people prefer flash

But my only suggestion would be to ease up on the Blue and Red colors, maybe make them more translucent or darker, they can take away from the loading screen splash art if they're too bright.

Arakadia1 votesEh, I don't think its anything more than change for the sake of change. It sort of looks better but I'd rather Riot focus on things like skin tabs (which require people who can work on UI and coding that otherwise would work on this).
Hupsis1 votesLoading screen should also be somewhat interactive. When scrolling over a champion splash, it should display the key mechanics of that specific champion. There is no reason not to help inexperienced players to get a better understanding of their opponents or their allies.
