Hello everyone, I was scrolling down in my Instagram and I found this, I would like a Rioter to give me their opinion so they can contact the author of it, I really like it and would be awesome to have it in the game.
I wish we could talk to each other during the loading screen with like speech bubbles. So we can all be like, "yo who is holding back the game? " "it's that udyr with the ultimate skin" "wtf he buys an ultimate skin but can't afford a PC upgrade? " "hey man chill! this gives me time for a toilet break" "yo! did you guys see stranger things? the black kid didn't die holy shit! " "deer lord.. " You mean "DEAR LORD" "oh look Udyr started loading, that fucking wanker "
Other than the image (not splash arts) being a bit too bright and the summoner spells not being the same size, I think it looks great. Might want to remove the level to prevent level shaming though. It's not a problem right now, but when people actually start getting to higher levels it'll probably appear.
I feel like the faded blue is a LITTLE bit in your face, but other than that looks great
it would be nice to show off my level since its kinda pointless to just have the cool blue border around your icon if only you see it usually.
change the bored blue to the color of rank
If im not mistaken they said they would look into loading screen update sometime.

But my only suggestion would be to ease up on the Blue and Red colors, maybe make them more translucent or darker, they can take away from the loading screen splash art if they're too bright.
Eh, I don't think its anything more than change for the sake of change. It sort of looks better but I'd rather Riot focus on things like skin tabs (which require people who can work on UI and coding that otherwise would work on this).
Intresteing but for some reason feels a bit off..
Loading screen should also be somewhat interactive. When scrolling over a champion splash, it should display the key mechanics of that specific champion. There is no reason not to help inexperienced players to get a better understanding of their opponents or their allies.
Summs would have to be the same size not one small one large as flash is not mandatory.

I really do love this idea and the placement of everything but I can do some more work to be more eye appealing and i could see animated splash art be and option for this layout it would look so good.
