Here is my peer feedback for Squall
Azdimyre - The Anguished Crusader Role - Tank/Support (Melee)
Lore: Once a valued soldier of the Noxian Empire serving directly under Swain, Azdimyre was struck with grief when he returned home to find his beloved family murdered. His anguish made his morals cloudy, when his next orders came through he ignored them to address his own agenda: Revenge.
Azdimyre’s family were tortured and tainted with the sickly greenish gray poisoning to their mortal wounds found only from contact with The Grey. Azdimyre visited Zaun to find clues as to who murdered his family and more importantly why.
His first appointment was to visit Viktor, the only compassionate person in Zaun known to Azdimyre. On the way to meet with Viktor he ran into the monster Warwick and barely escaped with his life. Azdimyre lost his arm to the creature and passed out upon arriving on Viktor’s doorstep.
Unwilling to accept a new arm from Viktor, Azdimyre left with what information he could and continued his investigation. Traversing the streets of Zaun’s would not be wise in his condition though his drive to pursue the killer would not let him turn back.
Azdimyre needed help and from his childhood he recalled an incantation to summon servants from the underworld. His pact with the Devil gave him an arm in return for the souls of the Devil’s choosing.
Azdimyre’s leads brought him to one conclusive suspect: Urgot. His final act was to find and eliminate the Dreadnought Urgot. His confrontation with Urgot revealed why his family was targeted: to strike at the officers directly under Swain in order to lure Swain to Zaun. The fight didn't go so well and Azdimyre was torn and tortured and left to die.
Azdimyre vowed not to let death stop him from revenge and drew the strength of Noxus to escape. He made a deal with death: to end the life of his nemesis Urgot before any other officers share the same anguish as he, only then may death take him.

Abilities:
Passive - Anguish
Whenever an allied champion dies nearby Azdimyre gains 1% movement speed and attack speed permanently.
The last enemy hero to kill an ally also becomes Azdimyre’s mark. Marked enemies take additional true damage from Azdimyre’s first basic attack equal to 0.5% of their maximum health for each level they are.
Q - For the Emperor! - CD - 8 seconds Azdimyre dashes forward gaining a shield that reflects the next attack or ability from enemy champions or monsters. Oath - Makes a large wall between Azdimyre and the closest enemy champion that acts like terrain for a few seconds Pact - Stuns the first enemy champion hit for 1 second Deal - Sends a secondary wave ahead for the same distance damaging enemies in its path for 100 + AP
W - Reel them in! - CD - 11/12/13/14/15 seconds Azdimyre fires a tethered bolt at the enemy champion or monster dealing 30 damage per second as he reels them in over 3 seconds (tether is attached to a pole on the ground that is placed where the ability is activated) Oath - Extends the time to 5 seconds Pact - Heals Azdimyre for the same amount Deal - If they break the tether they are stunned and take double the remaining damage
E - Feel no pain! - CD - 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Azdimyre makes a bond with an ally for 5 seconds. While the bond is active, Azdimyre takes a 30/35/40/45/50% of the damage the ally would take. Oath - The damage taken is spread out over the next 3 seconds for both Azdimyre and the ally Pact - Grants 10% life-steal and 5% spell-vamp to both Azdimyre and the ally Deal - Both Azdimyre and the ally cannot fall below 10% health for the duration
R - Oath to the Empire / Pact with the Devil / The deal made with Death When investing a point into Azdimyre’s ultimate, the ability with the most ranks in it is permanently upgraded. (in the case of a tie, the most recent of the 2 abilities to receive a rank is upgraded)
