[Champion concept] Twisted Yordle Girl -------- Dora
Lore:
As a Yordle, Dora is totally different with others. Dora had created a Yordle Techmaturgy Device(YTD) which is original from Bondle City. But Dora's idea and invention had not accepted by the government of Bondle City. Dora is so angry that she went to Piltover and became one of the best apprentices of 
Heimerdinger.
In Piltover, Dora had reformed her YTD to a higher level, it can be the eternal energy device without any pollution. Piltover published a Medal to a human scientist and his team, but Dora gets nothing. This made Dora twisted, she don't trust human or Yordle anymore. She escaped from Piltover and created a much more powerful energy device and it called Dora Techmaturgy Device(DTD).
Based on DTD, Dora designed some high tech weapons, and lived as a hire killer in Noxus. However, Dora had Discriminated as a monster, the residents abused Dora, that made Dora become mad, she cannot bear it anymore, Dora killed herself with a DTD pistol. After she pulled on the trigger that, with a green flash, Dora transforms to a mysterious creature, it begin to kill lots of the people, until she killed all life around her.Even Dora herself, nobody understand what had happened.
Now, Dora is a dangerous offender in the Piltover like 
JINX, or even worse.

passive : Madness Yordle When Dora is slained, Dora will transform to Undead Dora. Both of Dora and Undead Dora has a basic attack buff.
DTD Shotgun: Dora's main weapon is a high tech shotgun ,follow with the distance of the target, Dora's critical chance will increase. Without items, the most critical chance is 55%.
Shadow Pieces: Undead Dora's fifth attack can deal more damage to an enemy based on target's max health.
Q: Stardust Burst / Smite of Spirit Stardust Burst: Dora fires a special bullet into a cone, dealing physical damage and slowing down enemies for 2 seconds.
Smite of Spirit: Undead Dora fires a long-range beam of energy, dealing physical damage to all enemies in a line.
W: DTD Landmine / Mist of Chaos DTD Landmine: Dora throws a DTD landmine out to the specified location and sets it as a trap. When enemy champion stepped on it, he and the surrounding enemies will be damaged and stunned. If the DTD Landmine hits an enemy when it is going to the specified location, dealing physical damage to the enemy and surrounding enemies but it won't stun. Only three trap can exist in the battlefield.
Mist of Chaos: Undead Dora throws a mist into a cone in front of her, dealing damage and slowing down enemy champions or monsters. If the spell affects enemy minions, they will turn their coat and become stronger for 5 seconds.
E: Shoot And Run / Shadow Flying Shoot And Run (passive): When Dora kills a minion, or attacks an enemy champion, her movement speed will highly increase for 1 seconds.
Shadow Flying (active) : Undead Dora dashes in a long distance. In the next 4 seconds after used this spell, Undead Dora will increase critical chance.
R: DTD Plasma Cannon / Souls Shockwave DTD Plasma Cannon: Dora switches her weapon from shotgun to plasma cannon for 8/9/10 seconds. When Dora using the plasma cannon, she loses the DTD Shotgun (passive) , her attack damage and attack speed highly increases, her auto attack can deal damage to her target and all nearby enemies, the target will stun for 1.5/1.75/2 seconds. The stunning effect cannot occur on the same target again for 6/5.5/5 seconds.
Souls Shockwave: Undead Dora launches an energy power toward a long-range, dealing damage to enemy and surrounding enemies based on their missing health, 2% of missing health increases 3%/4%/5% of damage.
Play style: Dora: Because of the transformation, Dora can play much more aggressively than other marksman. Starts by the trap, burst out the Q to accelerate by E, keep the target away for highly damage from passive. If the trap isn't at the good location, it's time to use the plasma cannon! Spray out all the damage, stunning target and send him to GG. And than, the landmines can also dealing immediate damage when it is flying, throw the discus out for pentakill!
Undead Dora: Try to keep you distance with enemy. Not for damage, but for safety. Dora and Undead are both fragile, try to keep the fifth attack for high damage, poke with her Q. When the chance comes, chases target with E, attack him to trigger the passive, slowing enemy with W, and than stop your ally's pentakill by ult. If your mana is enough, and enemies are attacking your turret behind their minions, use your W to save the turret!
Not so important information:
- Dora is the tallest Yordle champion (100 cm) except the Mega Gnar.
- Dora's back covered in tattoos.
