I have this Idea of a dragon in the body of a human who is an archer

This is what is was thinking hope Riot do it

His name is yet to be decided Title: Blue dragon/ Dragonarcher Wepon: Bow and arrow Passive: not moving for 5 secs gives you M.S Q:Fires a bolt of arrow that seperates into 3 pieces if Q was pressed again or if i didnt hit anything at a certain range W:an arrow that teleports the champion to a destination short range and grants m.s E: after 3 auto continuose 4th auto deals bonus true damage R: Fires a long range arrow that is in the form of a dragon which targets enemy champions

Interesting champion

I like Q, W, and Ult

E I think should be his passive

Make his E summon 1(at ranks 1 & 2) 2 (at ranks 3 & 4) 3 (at rank 5) young dragons.

When you find the time can you check out some of mine

that sounds very much like Hanzo from Overwatch (maybe that's what you were going with). if so then maybe basing the champion's abilities off of Hanzo's could work... maybe having an Ashe like Volley ability and an ability where you can shoot an arrow that can allow you to see enemies in fog of war...
