(idea) Summoners Rift map editor and game mode creator

i was kinda just messing around with friends well playing some customs and i realized how amazing it would be if a map editor or some sort of game mode creator was made for players that want to spice up their league experience, just kind of a suggestion and obviously not much to go on but it would be a pretty cool aspect :p
