Need for new AD defensive items
While Im sure we are all aware of Zhonyas Hourglass 
, how many of us are aware of items like Atma's Impaler? Atma's Impaler was an item that granted Armor and AD based on bonus HP, but was eventually removed due to its, well, uselessness. Mind you, the ad per hp ratio was really low, and it had crit... But a modified version of an item like this could allow for some more defensive bruiser options. There's already an AD and Magic Resist item (
), so the potential for a new AD and armor item is definitely on the table.
What are your thoughts?
is the item you're looking for. Look at the Cleave and Crescent passives. They provide a max HP ratio on hit -- meaning auto attacks deal more damage from stacking HP. It's a very common item on champions that already scale with HP well such as Shen and Sion.
