Idea's for Zed rework

Ideas for zed's e and ult even though I absolutely hate and is crap with him him: -Shadow slash replaced with Shadow wave- Zed fires a wave of shadow in a cone, enemy champions hit by the cone take a fair amount of damage and are inflicted with a new debuff called shadow which decreases their damage by a certain percentage and when used with W will use the current version of zed's e but probably at a shorter aoe radius, will slow and inflict the debuff kinda like how talon's e just slows and increases damage to his target. For zed's ult I was wondering if it could be split into 3 forms empowering his basic abilities like heimer's ult, zed's q would become a bigger shadow shuriken that would travel a short distance away from and back to zed like sivir's q only with more damage and slightly bigger aoe. Empowered W would be zed's current ult but would do less damage than the current version or could be a single target burst ability and his empowered E would be a root that saps the target's hp and gives it to zed by like 7-15% of max hp or a larger shadow wave that would give a longer shadow debuff or something like that.
