i have a champion concpt that i've been working on (tried to make balanced but thats not my specialty (champion idea) Neral the stalker of the shadows\

super brief lore idea (anyone wanna write up a proper lore please do)

originally part of the kinkou followed out akali. decided to go to the order of shadows (i think thats zeds group) then returned to join akali.

playstyle you have two active abilities and a shit tonne of passives. very mobile squishy glasscannon fighter. (you are a little squishier then miss fortune). however your passives are what keep you alive.

370 movespeed ( highest base movespeed in game not counting cass)

225 atk range (25 more then irelia)

passive (similar to jarvans passive)

the first attack against an enemy champion deals (1,2,3,4 % max health true damage) at levels 1/6/11/16 + 1 % per 14 bonus ad (assasins usually have and endgame of about 300 bonus ad) so late game 25% max hp true damage. additionally you heal for half the damage dealt increasing by 50% if below 30% health so 75% of damage dealt. (cooldown 6 seconds of being out of combat)

dashes in a target direction (range = to akali ult) micro-stunning all enemies hit (0.05) seconds ( just an interrupt, reset auto attack timers and channel spells) dealing 50,70,90,110,130 + 90%, 105% , 120% ,135%, 150% bonus ad + 50%,60%,70%,80%,90% ap adaptive damage (deals damage according to which resistances the enemy has least of) the animation is similar to Akali's ult she always dashes the full distance

W (passive) blades dance

after using your q your next auto causes you to dash through your target enemy (like warwick q) and ignore 10,15,20,25,30% of their magic resist and armour

E shadow shift Passive

upon killing an enemy champion gain 50-75% damage reduction and for .5 seconds and become true stealthed (like akali) for .5/.75/.1/1.25/1.5 seconds

R ultimate

reap

100,125,150 mana

100/90/80 cooldown

blinks to a target enemy champion dealing 100,150,200 + 90% bonus ad and 60% bonus ap. magic damage and marking them with Hunt

the enemy marked with hunt takes an additional 1% true damage for every 2% missing health they have from Nerals next q

additionally proccing hunt resets her q cooldown

passive upon casting q gain a shield = to 50,75,100 + 100% bonus ad for .75 seconds

p.s i made her base stats low to compensate for her kit ( killing her in one hit is extremely easy due to low resistance stats

she looks a little like a cross between zed, katarina and akali (zeds colour scheme with twin knives as her weapon of choice )

apparently u really like Akali, but this champion is super busted in way too many ways. Absolutely No One is gonna wanna deal with them on the enemy team.

Ok a BIG thing about Assassins that that they are supposed to take skill, they are supposed to have a delay in their burst damage they are supposed to use a combo of abilities to burst targets CC is generally NOT supposed to be a thing that they have access to ON COMMAND. They tend to have longer CD than other champs

Passive: they get true damage on the 1st AA as a passive with NO gating mechanism, or pre-activation requirements? Big No No. And its max HP true damage? So they can insta-chunk 25% hp?

Q: im not sure if any assassin champs deal adaptive damage based on the enemies resistances, can u give an example of a champ that does this?

W: im not sure about any assassins with an ability that ignores magic resist or armor, can u give an example of a champ that does this?

E: this ability is TOO feast or famine, what happens if the player is having a tough time and isn't getting as many kills? then they can't use this ability too often, but with this busted kit they'd get kills SO much that the enemy wouldn't be able to touch them. Also no assassin champs get dmg reduction, like how ur doing it here

R: this ability is WAY to easy to hit for the what it does.

Its like u tried to make a kit that allied a champ the EASIEST way to deal the MOST amount of dmg, thats NOT ok and theres barely ANY skill required AT ALL. Nerfing the HP and resistances means NOTHING when the kit looks like this, and further more leads to again a feast and famine situation where if they get bullied out of lane, they can't CS and then they can't get the Gold they need to buy items and start getting kills

Im sorry if i seem to be a bit harsh, but many people dont like dealing with some champs that deal tons of damage with less skill than others (Kai'sa, Zed), or dealing with champions that break the rules Riot has made without good compensation (Yasuo). And this kit would be very NOT fun to deal with, perhaps it has potential, but using Zed or Akali (who i actually think is ok EXCEPT for Obscured vision being granted under tower) as models for a champion design is not a very good idea. You should focus on creating more original champions and champions that take an equal amount of skill to the damage u want them to dish out.

Dealing damage isn't wat makes LoL fun, outplaying your opponent with the skill u have amassed IS.
