New Champion Idea!

EDIT: I didn't realize that it is a lot like nami, whoops, its just a thought, lol I know, I know champion ideas don't really come true a lot. I just want to express my idea to the public to see if its good (probably won't become champion, but I hope at least you like it!) So to begin with, he doesn't have a name because I'll let you guys decide and btw doesn't have an assigned lane yet. So this champion of mine wears some knight-ish armor thats coral blue and yellow and wields a trident. His passive is a water shield with some fish swimming around and about in it and lasts for x seconds. His Q is he can choose to summon a trident in a x radius and this trident arises from the ground and knocks the opponent up. His W is he summons waves underneath him to uplift him (still can be attacked) which allows him to run away or walk towards and area faster for x seconds. His E summons a small thin wave with some kind of deadly fishes and when it hits the opponent they lose x health and for x seconds have fish on them that slowly drains there health with x damage. His Ultimate of R is He uses his trident to summon a huge wave that is x big and when it hits and opponent it does x damage and slows them for x seconds. Voice your opinions on what should be taken away or added to my "made-up" champion. Hope you like it!
