Jax Nemesis Chroma

So i just recently bought the Chroma for Nemesis Jax. But for some reason I can not equip the Chroma. I'm not sure if this is a bug or what but i would like some feedback to try and resolve this problem i am having. Thank you in advance.

I had this issue in Team Builder only, I'm not sure why I can't use it in Team builder but I wanna be pink leona what the heck.
