Attack power: 9/10 Defensive power: 2/10 Mobility: 7/10 Skill Curve: 8/10

Lore: (Limited, needs suggestions) Dalekai is the essence of the mistakes, fear, and suffering. He embodies the failures of all things, of all people. Dalekai was born as a byproduct of Zaun experimentation. During tests on 10 children, (Including Vi, jinx and ekko) Dalekai evolved in their minds, lurking, and experiencing the collective pain of all of them. Eventually, his suffering was unbearable. He purged the minds of 7 of the children. The only ones to survive, to escape; became Vi, Jinx and Ekko. These children were consumed by him. They experienced unnatural powers, such as teleportation, invisibility, and telekenesis, to name a few. But as all thing die, Dalekai had to move on; once all the children had been long gone, by some unknown force, Dalekai became a physical being. Dalekai is not vindictive. He does not seek revenge, he does not seek retribution. He only wants to know... why is he here?

Q (Unnamed) mana cost: 20, 30, 35, 40, 50 Cooldown: (in seconds) 7,6,6,5,4 Damage: 80, 95, 110, 130, 150 Ap scaling ratio: 40% Dalekai unleashes a wave of madness, causing all enemies affected to cast abilities in any direction, at random. (only one ability will be cast by the person hit, scaling by level. ex: 1, 2 , 3, 4 , 5 abilities at level 5. At the end of the duration, enemies will gain +5% damage on all abilites, as a balancing mechanic.

W: ( Unnamed) Dalekai blinks to a target location, gaining 100 movespeed and +5% damage on all attacks/abilites. after 3 seconds, he blinks back to the location he cast the ability at.

E ( Mortal Reminder) Dalekai unleashes a flurry of strikes, causing his next 4 attacks to have +50% attackspeed and have special effects at random. His strikes can Blind for 2 seconds, stun for .5 seconds, cause bleed for 4 seconds, and slow for 2 seconds. this ability's cooldown is reduced by his w and q.

R (Inner Fury)

This ability is basically like karma's mantra. It buffs his normal abilities to last longer/have additional damage and affects.

Thanks for reading. I know it wasnt that long and it's incomplete, but if you have any suggestions feel free to share them with me. Thanks! -Tom

I love the lore and overall idea, very well done and great attention to detail, however here are my gripes, Overall he's a great idea and has some crazy potential but i just think those moves dont cut it, here are a few of my ideas.

  1. He seems far to much like nocturne, like overall theme wise, i was just like.. Nocturne, some art would be great so i stop just thinking of Noc

  2. Where the fuck is the passive? Maybe i missed it but i dont see one.

  3. The Q seems like it would hurt in a team fight, a bunch of moves fire off? at the same time, it way to binary and random, no skill needed for anyone. And it would ruin the fight if it was an important move. The Q is really my biggest issue, its an awesome idea overall it just isn't rewarding, and at the same time takes no skill the screw up the entire team.

  4. Once again with his E, its an awesome idea it just sucks cause it takes no skill. It would be horrible to play as, whenever you desperately need a stun u get a bleed Etc. Also once again its super random. Overall just super binary, no outplay ability and super frustrating to play against (its OP) and with (Having RNG).

  5. The ult just seems super lazy, you literally just said Karmas ult. Like you just stole it. Think of something super unique for it. The ult just seems lame

  6. Fix the lore, all i hear right now is nocturne, i love the jinx vi, cait expermintion but add it more! Make him unique from Nocturne
