From Ionia, forced to fight for Noxus
Previous disciple to Karma, kidnapped by Noxus before Karma retaliated
Forced to draw out Spirit Energy, the process of which is killing her (health cost to abilities)
Mainly AP ratios
Passive: 2 parts
(Part 1) 350 Range Aura that gives damage reduction to nearby champions (excluding herself)
(Part 2) Basic abilities are amplified if the target is damaged by any other Noxian Champion (excluding herself)
Q: Skillshot, damages first target. If it hits champions, gives her regen

 Passive Bonus: If passive is triggered, the regen is applied to the Noxian Champion as well

W: Point-and-Click, 2 second slow

 Passive Bonus: Stuns target for 1 second, applies slow after the stun

E: Damage boost to target ally Champion.

 Passive Bonus: If target ally Noxian has been damaged in the last two seconds, applies her damage reduction Aura to herself for 5 seconds

Ult: Gives invulnerability for 2 seconds and Lifesteal (5%/10%/15%) for the target allied champion for 5 seconds

Yeah, that was actually the exact idea we were working around, I just forgot to add that little detail when I submitted it. I'm glad somebody else could see, since I forgot to put it in.
