With all the Singed changes can we get a new Riot Singed Splash art?

Becasue there are 5 riot skined champs Singed splash is the worst out of all of them. I also saw what the Chinese/Korean Riot Singed looks like at it also looks bad. I am just asking because Pentakill got updated splash art. But would it be possable to keep splash arts and just fix
