Chemtech Vel'Koz - Not sure if skin or just fanfic idea.

Ok so during a conversation with a friend about some of the revised Zaun champ lores, I mentioned how Singed is pretty much a "learning at any cost" sort, almost like Vel'Koz. And then suddenly I couldn't get the mental image of a splash art of a partially-vivisected Vel'Koz strung up with tubes and wires and suspended in a fluid-filled tank staring at Singed on the other side of the glass.

So, basically the idea would be that, in some AU akin to the Battlecast 'verse- Singed got his hands on our favorite knowledge-addicted Voidborn, and with a bit of mad science and chemtech augmented him with some surgically-implanted Chemtech instruments to basically take his natural ability to dissect beings and objects on a molecular level to learn everything about them, and turn it into a tool he could use for his own research and experiments.

Sadly, though, I do not have the artistic talent to render this skin idea myself, but basically picture Vel'Koz' main body heavily altered in a manner similar to rework Warwick's, with brass metallic implants replacing most of his body and lining his tentacles, and chambers of bubbling green fluid replacing his three smaller "eyes", as well as a possible green tint overtaking his otherwise normal big central eye. His ability particles would be re-skinned to have a more toxic neon green coloration, like he were shooting volatile chemicals instead of Void energy, and possibly alter his passive indicators to resemble more the Zaun "biohazard" symbol as they stack.

Not sure what if any new lines or voice effects would be added, though I could picture a couple new ones complaining about his augmentations being flawed or uncomfortable, maybe even mentioning having to meet a quota or someting. To say nothing about any possible unique interactions with other Zaunite or Piltovian champs, particularly Singed or Warwick himself. I am open to suggestions in this situation.

So... yeah, that's the long and short of my idea. If you like it, leave a comment and/or an upvote, and feel free to take the notion of Singed capturing and experimenting on other unusual League champs as inspiration for your own skin ideas if you think that would be cool skin line concept.
