Is it ok to use a smurf's starting 400 RP to gift a skin to your main?

Is it ok to make a smurf, level it up to 10, and then use its free RP to buy a cheap skin for <400 RP for your main account? Or will I get banned?

Well if you do it once I'd say you'd probably not get caught, but multiple times you'll probably get banned

It is not okay for you to use an account you created in the "refer a friend" scheme so I don't think it is alright.

Smurfs are clearly against the intent of "refer a friend", since the intent is to make you refer friends, which you're not doing if your "friend" is you. It wasn't as clear to me what the intent of the 400 free RP is.

There's no way to combine the free RP from multiple accounts -- you can't send the RP itself, you can only buy something with it to send as a gift. Any skin priced at over 800 RP can't be obtained for free this way even if it's on sale. Dunk Master Darius is safe.
