Is it ok to use a smurf's starting 400 RP to gift a skin to your main?
Is it ok to make a smurf, level it up to 10, and then use its free RP to buy a cheap skin for <400 RP for your main account? Or will I get banned?

It seems like a lot of effort to save approximately $3.
It is not okay for you to use an account you created in the "refer a friend" scheme so I don't think it is alright.
In that case. i can make 5 accounts and get free Dunk Master Darius. I think u will get banned
Well if you do it once I'd say you'd probably not get caught, but multiple times you'll probably get banned
