New Champion Wasabi

I just watched the new Disney Movie "Big Hero 6" and some friends told me that alot of the champions on League Of Legends is movie based like Rengar and Kha'Zix from "Aliens Vs. Preditors" Volibear from "The golden compas" and so on. So while i watched the movie i saw a character that i think would be great as a Champion. Hes name is Wasabi and he got a suit in the movie that made him have glowing hands kinda. He can decide whether he wants to have these powerspikes on or off.

Spells: Q: A mana draining ability (like Ashe's Q or Jinx's Q) that made him do more damage with basics but takes mana for every basic he does. W: Since he have pretty good "Attack Speed" in the movie i though he could have a AS increasing spell and maybe movement aswell (Sort of Draven's W). E: Some sort of long range slowing ability, so Wasabi have a chance to come close to hes target. R: Wasabi can teleport a shorter distance "about 400-500 range" in optional direction.

Cooldowns: Q: Since this ability is a "Active Passive" it need to have a short CD (0.5 sec) W: First Spec: 10 Sec - Last Spec: 5 Sec E: First Spec: 12 Sec - Last Spec: 6 Sec (Reduce CD if a enemy is hit by 40%) R: First Spec: 10 Sec - Second Spec: 7.5 Sec - Third Spec: 5 Sec
