Champion Concept: Murmur, The Drone Lord
So this is my first time posting and first time doing a concept for a champion. I tried my best but always welcome any and all constructive feedback :)
Murmur, The Drone Lord
#Lore Drone Lord Murmur, a name feared across the Crysillium system by many. A technovore with a taste for anything that will inhance his arsenal and abilities. The system had attempted to hold him at bay but only fed his insatiable lust for "the upgrade."
However he wasn't always known by this name nor title. In the beginning he was simply known as Karl Silverson, son to a merchant father and mother. His childhood was filled with exploration and trading and he watched his parents love and passion for their profession blossom with every trade. His father saw his son, unlike him or his mother, couldn't engage the same way and was becoming more withdrawn and so decided to expand Karls knowledge with a new friend, the MX-1 drone unit he named "Max." By twelve Karl had studied many schematics his father had bought for him and had started work on upgrading Max however the new designs were far more advanced then any schematical design and drew out his parents merchant instincts.
After successully completing negotiations with the tech planet Apex their ship was ambushed and Karl watched in horror as his beloved drone Max was destoryed and parents brutally murdered. The federal agency arrived but it was already too late in the young boys mind as he gripped the hand of his mother, tears skewing his vision unable to see her as she pulled him closer but her last words would scar his fragile mind for enternity. Don't let hate consume you.
Karl spent the next six years in an orphanage on Apex where he withdrew further, never able to trust anything with a heartbeat he sank into his passion for technology and machinary. The other children never understood this and tormented his waking hours with name calling and taunting. He endured this however never forgetting his mothers words and eventually left the orphanage and found employment with a renowned Machinist the people had named "The Metal Hermit" and was taught things no man could find on any data pad. He learned to create more powerful drones, a series he dubbed SLV which became his guards. Nanomites coursed through his blood constantly upgrading the many implants as he sought to remove the one thing he promised to never give in to. By the age of twenty six he had forgone his birth name and adopted the name Murmur.
On stolen ship he left Apex with as much data as he could store and began his journey.
During a routine ship maitenance the ships new power supply, a warp engine he had "liberated" from a derelict ship called "The E. Horizon" began to crackle and spit plasma violently as if to defy the drone lord. His drones and robotic crew tried in vein to subdue the machanical monster but he knew too well he lacked the knowledge. The enginge erupted feircely and tore the very fabric of the universe open and dragged him into it before vanishing. The ship drifted in space alone and without a captain.
Murmur awoke on foreign soil, his drones the only source of comfort as he completed his checks and took his first steps forward.

#Information
Murmur was initially designed to be a ranged Assassin with his skills aiding his ability to traverse the landscape, get into fights quickly, deal damage and escape, however I feel he would work better as a Mid laner using his abilities to take control of the lane.
To complement the lore and his ranged attack style Murmur is accompanied by his "swarm" of 4 custom built SLV drones, all guided by the MX-1 drone "Max." Max is styled differently to the rest of them due to being heavily remodelled by Murmur as his original use was simply a support drone but now focuses on heavy damage. Murmurs abilities do require the sacrifice of his swarm however he is able to summon new drones from a place he called "The Drone Index," a space where his extensive arsenal of SLV drones remains until he requires them. How the drone index came to be is still a mystery heavily guarded by Murmur himself.
Murmur starts with Max only and over time (X amount of seconds) gains 1 additional drone from the index (Max of 4 additional.) Each additional drone increases Murmurs attack speed by 0.5. If he has lost all his drones due to his shield breaking he will not be able to use his Q until he has at least 1 more drone and his W until he has all 4 back.
At this time I'm not sure if Murmur would have energy or not but more then likely he would to complement the "machine" aspect of him.
#Abilities:
Passive ##Frenzied Swarm
When Murmurs dies the swarm goes frenzied without him to control them and attack the nearest enemy units (Champions take priority.) They will continue to attack until their health depletes by either taking damage or it runs out (similar to the Rift Herald or Tibbers) at which point the swarm will explode dealing damage to the units within the area.
Q ##The Good Of The Many
Murmurs orders one of the SLV drones to fly forward in a straight line. If the drone comes in contact with an Champion it will impale itself into them, damaging them and offers Max a target to shoot. The drone will be destroyed and the resulting explosion will further damage the champion. If it hits nothing it will simply return to Murmur
Deals 15/20/25/30/35 (+25% Ability Power) initial magic damage and a further 45/65/85/100/125 (+30% Ability Power) magic damage.
W ##Honour The Master
Murmurs summons an additional 4 drones to act with the others in creating a shield around him. during this time Murmurs movement speed is reduced by 45%/40%/35%/30%/25% however any enemy units within the drones range will be fired upon by a volley of rapid fire.
Murmurs drones absorb 50/85/120/155/190 damage before the shield collapses and his drones are forced back into offensive positioning. During this any unit within the shields range will take 10 magic damage per second. When the shield depletes completely all drone, except Max, are destroyed. Drones cannot critically strike units.
E ##Dimensional Assault Murmur uses a portable, more stable, version of his failed engine to open a gateway which he can travel a short distance through. Upon exiting the gateway Murmur next attack deals a bonus 50/60/70/80/90% of his total Ability Power on his next basic attack.
R ##Lost To Hatred
Murmur removes all inhibitors controlling his emotions and uses the massive influx of pure hatred to open the door to the drone index. As the door opens Max travels in a straight line marking the pathway before the full onslaught of the drone index is unleashed. Any Champion unit caught in the swarm are crushed under the sheer power and volume. In addition the drones fire a volley of laser fire at anything within their sights.
Enemy units takes 100/145/190 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage and an additional 20/40/60 every second they remain in the swarm. If Champions are inside the swarm after 1 seconds they are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
