Older or aged kimchi. Cooking it releases kimchi’s sweetness, allowing deep, mellow umami flavors to shine. The only cheese koreans really eat is American cheese.
Ingredients 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup grated sharp cheddar 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 cups crushed crackers 2 tablespoons butter, melted 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil 1 tablespoon tamari 2 green onions or scallions, finely chopped 1 to 2 tablespoons Sriracha ¼ cup of toasted sesame seeds 3 cups of sushi rice
