Arcade Ziggs please?

I feel like Ziggs would be a great addition to the Arcade scheme, because for one it would just look badass, but secondly he is Veigars nemesis, both shorties with some heavy damage kits. Plus think of this his could could be 1up's from Mario and the minefield would be coins, satchel is a turtle shell, or something to that effect. I think it would look totally awesome. please consider this a possibility.
