Silverfang Akali

I have a dream. Whether it succeeds depends on will of the people. I wish for silverfang akali to gain slight blue lightning particles. The inner weeb within me finds silverfang akali to be very close to Kakashi. And if this would be implemented into her skin that would be phenomenal for not only my inner weeb but for all weebs.
