Help me balance this champion concept I thought of!

Context: So I was on a long bus ride home from a boxing training session after five years of being a potato. The endorphins kicked in and I made this guy up during the trip.

DISCLAIMER: This guy's lore has him being trained by LEE SIN. So he'll be an obnoxious as FUCK champion. I thought of the basic lore and skills but I can't be arsed to do the numbers cause of the very Lee Sin-ey nature(pls don't flame me reddit).

I've thought of making him an early game lane bully with shit scaling but whatever. Here goes:

Bata, the Pugilist

Lore: Ionia is home to many rural villages filled with culture at the expense of simpler technology-free lifestyles. In one of these villages lived a little boy whose dreams were hampered by his single mother's disability. At five years old, he sold bottles and scrap metal to support his only sister. His only break was once a year: during the village festival, where prize money was offered to a winner of a small boxing tournament for young ones aged 8-15 years old. None of the 8 year olds joined of course, being beat out by the older competition. The kid watched for 3 years, until he got his chance at 8 and joined. The results were nothing less than spectacular. The young Ionian cruised through the competition, not even taking a single punch from the teenagers. No one in the crowd knew who he was, and he was christened with the moniker Bata: or Kid, in his village's dialect. Bata's little heart of a champion was broken, when he and his sister came home to his mother, dead from heart attack.

In the audience was Lee Sin, who, in his travels happened upon the festival. Hearing of the boy's situation and impressed with his talent, Lee Sin finds the boy's home and offers to take him and his sister in his travels, with the condition that Bata would never fight for money again.

It was a condition he honored, until his sister was afflicted with disease. The 18 year old Bata did not say a word, and left his sister and Lee for Noxus, where he got into the world of underground boxing. Bata quickly rose to the top, dominating 8 weight classes with an undefeated record. His only contact with his mentor and sister was through a monthly package of food and money.

Years of dominance and the shady nature of the Noxian world of boxing brought Bata to vice and gambling. His youthful innocence corrupted and with no one else left to challenge, Bata spiralled into a depression. Bata spent many nights in a drunken mess, sending bar patrons to hospitals, searching for someone who could beat him. One day, an idea struck his mind and he prepared to challenge the only man capable of beating him, Lee Sin.

The young champion taunted, jeered, and screamed at every chance he would get. No response. This went on for a year.

As Bata finished up another press conference. "No further questions," he tells the reporters. As he gets up from his chair, a faint wave of sound flies at him and hits him in the back of the head. The impact was weak, and as he faced the direction where it came from, his left cheek was met with a swift flying kick.

Background: Bata is a melee bruiser capable of darting in and out of combat. Combining offense with defense, Bata is a complete fighter. Utilizing quick punches from the outside to prep the opponent for the kill, he holds the option to rush in armed with dirty infighting to knock his opponent out.

[Passive - Pugilist/Combinations]

Pugilist: Bata does not use mana, instead, he uses a resource called Stamina. At full Stamina, Bata heals for (?) per second. Both Bata's skills and basic attacks cost Stamina.

Combinations: Landing a basic skill puts it on cooldown, and new skills replace the other basic skills for a short amount of time.

Notes on Combinations: For example, landing q allows you to combo into w or e, both being a new skill for (.25 secs maybe?). Gameplay mechanic put in to rival that of Lee's. Imagine hitting a sonic wave, but instead of reactivating q over a long period, you have a short time to active a new skill in w or e. He now has a choice to weave his skills, or combo them out with other options in mind.

[Q: Flicker Jab/Rabbit Punch] - (Short cooldown) (? stamina)

Flicker Jab: Bata extends his arm beyond normal human speed and range, hitting everything in a line for (?) damage

Combination - Rabbit Punch: A shorter ranged flicker jab that damages and slows in a line.

[W: The Kid/Haymaker] - (Long cooldown) (? stamina) (Spell shield)

The Kid: Bata dashes in a direction, slipping the first skill thrown at him in the duration of the dash.

Haymaker: Bata dashes for a heavy straight punch, slipping the first skill thrown at him in the duration of the dash. The force of the punch leaves the first unit it hits groggy, stunning it for (?) secs.

[E: Ionian Ice/Clinch] (? cooldown)

Ionian Ice: Bata fires a left hook, dealing damage in an arc.(? stamina)

Clinch: Bata grabs target enemy champion, regaining Stamina. While grabbing, Bata is shielded and slowed(maybe like The Box slow), and is able to drag his opponent. Both Bata and the target cannot cast spells or autoattack. When Bata takes damage from a champion or after (?) seconds, the hold is broken.

[R: Heartbreak Punch]

Bata punches target enemy champion in the heart with enough force stagger them(and maybe crumple to the ground? idk) for (? seconds)

Its a start and I agree that league could use a pugilist/boxer style champion. Though the abilities could use some fine tweaking.
