Before you read the thread, I want to let you all know that this is just my idea and just hear me out on this. This may seem like a bad idea to many people here, but I just hope it could at least convince you to understand. I'm not saying this idea will work or something, it's just something I've thought of while trying to understand the concept of the new Masteries and wish it would have more value. So don't downvote this immediately (even though you're going to anyway because this is the LoL Boards) and hear me out on this first.

We all remember these skins back before Riot removed the Refer-a-Friend program. After that, these two skins are now impossible to obtain until Riot figures out what to do with them.
HOWEVER
I think I found a solution on how Riot can bring these skins back. With the release of Mastery 6 & 7, I figured out how people could give a damn about it and how to obtain these rare skins.
To obtain Grey Warwick, players must have 5 Champions that are in Mastery 6.
To obtain Medieval Twitch, players must have 10 Champions that are in Mastery 7.
I know it's a lot of work, but this will give players more of a chance to play other champions and expanding their tastes, plus working hard to climb up the Mastery ladder to obtain these skins. Remember, this is easier said than done. It's hard to pull off a number of S ranks just to get Mastery tokens for your champions, and if that's the case then it would be too easy to obtain these rare skins. It would feel more satisfactory by obtaining these skins in the end after all the hard work plus the amount of time and effort learning and understanding the champions they play. It'll be like trying to obtain Hextech Annie via 10 Purple Shards, except you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on Hextech Chests to get it.
If they can, Riot could update these skins with a new recall and/or particle effects and SFX to make it more unique. Obtaining the skins will automatically unlock the required champion, similar to the skins obtained via social media (Dreadnaught Garen, Unchained Alistar, Riot Girl Tristana). These skins won't be obtainable via Hextech Crafting. Sorry, guys.
