New Gameplay Mode - 1v1 Ranked!!

Dear Riot,

Ever since the game started, there has been problems with the community and a 'team game' that League is brings its own unique problems in making 5 complete strangers 'gel' together and work as a team. While the rewards are quite fun, there has also been quite a backlash when its not fun: 'Flaming, Swearing, Name-calling, AFKs, trolling, wintrading, etc'.

I feel the players do not have a proper outlet to let out this frustration or have a compensating satisfying gameplay mode. I feel, it is high time for the community as a whole and the game to get to be 'fun' through the 1v1 playmode with rankings. While, 1v1 is not really new to League and this gamemode is used in All-stars. I believe having 1v1 normals and rankeds will help people assess their own individual player skills. Have a mode to play where they have no chance to blame anyone else but themselves in losing. Game AFKs and trolls are not affecting them. Queue with friends who are at similar individual skill level. Instead of worrying about boosted Elos and rankings.

To make it fair, it should be a 1v1 ARAM mode where u could win by either with race to 100cs or first tower or first Blood . Each player gets the same champion but random picked by system for 1v1. Summoner and runes can ofc be player choice thus giving ur own playstyle, skill a better chance at winning.

I request you to consider my suggestion quite seriously as I believe this mode will be a fair stress relief for League as such and fun 1v1 mode for 'individual' players and yet a good measurement system on player skills.

If you get a champion you hate or don't know how to play there's not anything you can do about it, unless you can play like 75% of the champions whoever wins is gonna be based on whether or not you've played them before. And it's RANKED so it'd be pretty frustrating losing all your games because you got Taliyah when you're a Vayne main and hate being so CD/Skillshot reliant.

At least it's random because if you were able to pick, then early game high dmg duelists or cheeses like (old) ap nunu would just always win and anyone else wouldn't be viable at all.

It's a good idea. But we all know they gonna blame "champion I never even tried". At first when I read ARAM I thought it's a bad idea but when you said that both players get the same champion, it's actually really nice. Not only you get to prove your 1v1 skills but also show your diversity and champion pool. Totally could be a thing. Hopefully it won't make 5v5 worthless though.

Sadly it's a very bad idea , you can never get a decent winrate on support champions Championa like Yasuo and Zed will never lose , you can never win a game with a Marksman

I think it's a cool idea, though it's not a good way to vent frustration. If anything, it's even more tilting to lose a 1v1. Especially if you used your main champion and got smashed. I think that if this were to be a thing it would have to be like you said they use the same champion, or id like it to be blind pick so it's not a game of who got the chance to pick the counter champ.
