Question about the project skins

so every time riot has released a bundle of skins (that ive noticed) they have been on sale and able to be purchased in a bundle with an extra sale price. but for this set of skins they make the bundle have almost no savings and now that the event is over and the skins are on sale, you cant buy them in a bundle anymore, this seems very money grabbing to me...
