So we all know that you can gift somebody a skin or champion from the shops. But new feature would allow players to trade their skins for other skins, of course, the skins you would trade would have like a 10% fee or something so Rito could gain economically. Now let me be clear it will ONLY be for skins, NOT for Champions. For people trying to abuse the system by getting skins from hextech chests and trading them for skins, you would only be able to trade the skins you buy for RP. This benefits Rito because they get more money economically, and the community gets the delightful skins they want! ;D [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] 1v1 me rito cacopus, nurd sike please don't ban me.

They dont get more money, they loose potential sales in return for 10%. People would at some point buy the skin they want. If they can trade it for a different champ of the same cost that someone else wants they only have to pay 10%.

Why would someone buy a skin with RP if he doesn't want to play with it?

While it seems there was a time (s1-s2) that it was an option. With the recent grey and black market rise and scandals in game trading systems (cs:go gambling sites etc) it's very unlikely to be implemented again. Plus Riot wouldn't want to make the metaphorical pie available to anyone else when they are making millions off of skins.
