Vicious Ruler Rengar (Rengar Skin)

So I was looking at all these kinds of champion concepts and skin concepts for the champions. I noticed Rengar didn't have many. I saw like one skin concept (Gentleman Rengar) that looked really nice and hope Riot sees it. Anyway, Rengar is known as king of the jungle and for good reason. Now wouldn't it be a cute idea to stress the KING part? I came up with an idea of creating a Rengar skin that kind of tips the hat in recognition. The skin would be called Vicious Ruler Rengar (or something along those lines) I am a HORRIBLE artist and have 0 skill in the art department despite my creative mind haha So picture it with me:

Rengar wears a royal crown and the color schematic would be black and red to go with the Riot theme. (or another color sheme I don't know) He would wear a cape that all kings have with the royal red and the fur lining. The scepter would sport a blade at the end to attack with. It could be either top or bottom just depends on how you view it. I mean he can keep his claws and everything thats no issue. They'll just be jewel encrusted and gold. His braided mane would be decorated with jewels and things to. As for the bola he throws out, the balls can be the balls that royalty hold out when swearing in or ruby's or something. The animation when they are snared could be just slightly altered to accomodate the change in the object change.

Obviously this is a VERY rough concept idea that i thought of on the fly and would definitely need tweaking, but I honestly think it would be a cool skin to try out. What do you guys think? Any suggestions on what to improve with this concept? (I also have another idea for a Rengar skin called Agent Rengar where hes dressed in all black, (almost like a ninja) but like a secret undercover agent haha)
