hasn't had a new skin a long time, neither have a lot of people I'm sure you know that. I understand you're finding bugs with the new person you're creating at the moment, but I wanted to send in my idea before i forgot it. #OP

After his rework. Next big thing that should be out on the PBE. He will not get a new skin directly but after his rework and visual update he will be viable for new skins. Same goes for Yorick.
