Why is Suprise Party Zac not a thing?

I think we can all agree zac is in need of a new skin and i think suprise party is just what he needs. i was thinking it could be something like a zac in the box where his passive spawns like little birthday boxes. I mean if zacs e doesnt say suprise then i dont know what does, plus if im not mistaken he actually says "its party time" plz riot make this skin :)

Good question. I think the big problem is that Zac is a difficult champion to make new skins on. There are soooooo many good skin ideas for Zac. Molten Zac, spooky Zac, cool aid Zac, blood moon zac (red Zac white mask), snowman Zac, Stretch armstrong Zac, and my personal favorite liquid metal Zac (terminator 2 Zac). Heres hoping someday Riot will put some resources into the blob master.
