Gale , The Silent Cyclone
Just something I got an idea for, nothing too in-depth or thought through.
Gale, the Silent Cyclone Basically the general idea for him is to be a a very mobile champion, that can quickly turn a fight around and engage. He would have a rewarding late game, but weak early game. Without crowd control and relying heavily on Mana with low base mana regenerating, he would have to conserve mana and time everything perfect.)
Base Attack: 48 (+ 2.5 per level) Base Health Regen: 5.5 (+0.5 per level) Base Movement Speed: 300 (Scaling with Passive) Base Mana Regen: 5 (+0.8 per level) Attack Range: 450
Passive: Evolving Gust Gale starts with 300 Base Movement Speed per level, gaining 7 Base Movement Speed per champion kill and 3 per assist. (It improves his base movement speed, so any Movement multipliers apply to the new value. I don't think this would be too overpowered.)
Q: Tempered Boots. 50/60/70/80/90 Mana. 24/22/20/18/16 CD Gale gains twice his bonus Movement Speed from his Passive for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds. He then loses his bonus Movement Speed while this ability is on cool down. (A sort of engage and disengage device.)
W: Whirling Winds. 40/50/60/70/80/90 Mana. 20/19/19/19/18 CD Eagle's basic attacks become tornados that deal Basic Attack Damage + (20% AP) and apply a stack of Deadly Winds if they hit an enemy champion. At 5 stacks, they will be consumed and the ability will end, shooting one last tornado that follows the enemy, hitting all enemies in the way, dealing (30/35/40/45/50% AP) Lasts 3 seconds. (An opponent could retreat and wait out the ability as if the last tornado procs it could do some AoE damage.)
E: High Pressure System 35/45/55/65/75 Mana. 16/15/14/13/12 CD Gale turns into a blue Tornado, receiving 2/3/4/5/6% of his maximum mana every time he receives damage.Lasts 2 seconds. (A way for Gale to have mana sustain in fights. Very nice for champions who do damage over time, such as Morgana's pool. Could be very detrimental if used at the wrong time, since he needs the mana.)
R: Raging Storm. 150/175/200 Mana. 95/110/125 CD Gale becomes a giant Cyclone (Around Cho'gath size end game with 6 stacks) dealing (15%/30%/45% Movement Speed) magic damage per second to nearby enemies, in the form of winds that follow an opponent (Kind of like how Katarina's ultimate throws daggers) During this form, Gale gains +15% Movement Speed when running towards champions, but may only make one movement command while it is active. It lasts 7 seconds, and can only be cancelled by CC or Zhonya's)
