Mastery 10 skins

Hear me out. Me and my friend were talking about league and cool things that they should come out with. We thought that mastery should go on until 10. (7 is just a weird number to stop at.) They should also come out with a theme skin for every champ so that once you get to mastery 10 you can buy that skin with ip or rp. Either or will do I don't really care how riot wants to make their money its up to them. When I mean theme skin though I mean that every single champ can have this skin so it can be called the say Master Jinx or Master Azir and the two skins have the same costume. I think that this is a great idea. I was just wondering what some other gamers think of this?? And maybe even riot!???
