Exterminator Twitch Equivalent

Hello, Riot and League of Legends community.

I've had a question floating around in my mind for awhile now. If you didn't guess already, WHERE IS EXTERMINATOR TWITCH. His visual update rolled around last year and now I'm growing anxious for that one special skin for my favorite champion. I would like to inform you (in case something wrecked your confidence) that this concept was awesome! It should definitely be brought up with your skin design team, or anyone for that matter. This skin has lot's of potential and opens up doors for new animations, a new voice over and more. I mean, you gotta have that model laying around somewhere, right? It was too cool to put to waste. I would insta-buy this skin even if it was a legendary or ultimate (even better!) and I'm sure a lot of other Twitch players would too.

So what are we waiting for, let's get this bugger in the game NOW! Make the competition tremble in fear, because the exterminator is near.

Here are some ideas for you: He is an exterminator (Yes, surprising I know.) Has some type of gas-laser extermination weapon. (Anything cool for that matter.) New running animation. New jokes and taunts. (He's a rat exterminator, come on think of something.) New crazy voice over. Anything that makes this project eye twitch-ingly awesome. (Pun intended.)
