New Champion Concept: Dusaat, The Living Knell
PREVIOUS CHAMPION CONCEPTS: Nah'Kasar, The Void Dervish Soluna, The Aspect Of Balance
BASIC INFORMATION: Name: Dusaat Title: The Living Knell Region: Bilgewater Race: Human Role: Jungler Attacks: Melee Class: Slayer Subclass: Assassin Resource: Mana
LORE: The few people who have ever known Dusaat as Dusaat are generally victims that knew his name for only a split second before getting eviscerated. The other people who know him refer to him by a much different name, because he only goes by Dusaat when he is doing his job. In Bilgewater, if you don't have a reliable source of money, all you are is another street rat that might as well be killed. So for those who don't have a reliable source of money, they have one of two options. They either hide, or they find a job that can tide them over. And for Dusaat, his profession is assassination. When he is not making enough money to keep himself out of the line of fire, he generally just lives his life and spends time with his friends. He even actively tries to help people that he sees are in trouble, either by helping them with a task, or giving them money.
When he is on the job, Dusaat is ruthless and merciless, with a drive to do his contracts right. Taking upwards of several days to track down a good time and place to go for the kill, he always makes sure that as little people know about it as possible. He especially enjoys fighting his targets one on one. His most defining feature, however, is just how silent he is while assassinating people. Witnesses who have seen his murders typically report hearing only laughter and agonized screams, and all of the people who have reported about Dusaat have all "disappeared" shortly after.
Although, when he isn't working, he actually lives a somewhat normal life with friends that he actively spends time with. He is generally known as a good person who wants to help out people in need. He's even declined some contracts for people that are either related to or are his friends. Most of his friends do agree, however, that he seems to have an interesting obsession with bells.

The last thing you notice on the paper are weird red splotches
ABILITIES: Dusaat is a melee assassin who must make a decision before every gank, due to his passive.
P - Tools Of The Trade: Every 30 seconds, Dusaat's next basic ability deals bonus damage (if it deals damage) and has a special extra effect. If this ability comes off of cooldown while Dusaat is in combat with an enemy champion, the empowerment and bonus damage will be delayed until Dusaat leaves combat Kunai Throw: Each Kunai poisons the target, dealing its bonus damage over 1 second Smoke Bomb: Slows enemies if thrown on the ground, or applies Nearsighted to all enemies around the primary target if thrown on an enemy champion Pounce: Allows you to recast the ability within five seconds to use the semicircle slash again with the same range, dealing the same damage
Q - Kunai Throw: Dusaat throws a kunai in a line in front of him, dealing physical damage. This ability can be recast two times. Hitting the same target with multiple Kunais in one use of this ability adds additional effects. 2 Kunais: Deals additional physical damage equal to 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% of target's maximum health 3 Kunais: Slows for 55/60/65/70/75% for 2 seconds
W - Smoke Bomb: This ability can be cast either on the ground, or on a targeted enemy champion. Ground: Creates a smoke cloud in an area around the cursor after a delay. Passing through the cloud grants Camoflage lasting for 5 seconds. Enemy: Forms a smoke cloud around their head, making them Nearsighted for 2 seconds.
E - Pounce: Dusaat leaps forwards in a targeted direction, dealing minor physical damage to all small monsters, medium monsters, and minions that he passes through. If he collides with a champion, large monster, or epic monster, he stops dashing and deals moderate physical damage to both the target and all enemy units in a semicircle behind them. This ability can go through walls.
R - For Whom The Bell Tolls: Dusaat leaps upon a targeted piece of terrain, becoming Invisible and gaining vision of every enemy champion in an area around him. Dusaat can reactivate this ability to leap to any champion revealed by the ability after two seconds, dealing heavy physical damage. The champion targeted will hear a bell sound as soon as they are selected by this ability.

CHANGELOG RELEASE: No quotes yet, I seriously need to slow down my concept releases until I finish the quotes for my others. I also feel like I'm not getting enough feedback on my concepts, so I'm adding a poll for all my concepts from now on.
