Should riot make champs created by the players?
i was just wondering dose anyone else feel like riot should make player champs or have like a competition to make a champ if you think so what would be your champions lore and ability's.

Not normally no, but if later on down the road they release a new mode called "Custom champion mode" using the magma chamber map, then mabey.
Basically there would be a "champ creator" that would have points you could doll out to various stats and abilities to let you create your own champ (only one per summoner) and could only use it in said game mode.
Riot would never fully use champ concepts (visuals or gameplay) created by players. They will always have to make their own and original, but I'm talking mostly visually here. BUT Rioters always take ideas from the forums and the boards, but we might not always see it in reality.
Riot does listen and take ideas from the community, as Leona was their answer for a female tank and Braum was their answer for a manly support. Champions like Nautilus were created based on suggestions, as were Leona and Braum. And a handful of champion skins were created thanks to community ideas.
