Tashar, the Frozen Shield (Champion Concept)

<Image is in the link, no colors.> Tashar is a strong, melee champion, prefered on top lane. He can deal very high damage to his enemies and survive so many danger situations too.

ABILITIES:

Frozen Shield (Passive): Ignores 20% of taking physical and magical damage.

Frost Slash (Q): 60 mana 12/10/8/6/5 seconds cooldown

Deal 70/90/120/150/200 (+0.75 AD) physical damage to all enemies in front of Tashar and slow them by 25/30/35/40/50% for 3 seconds.

Thermal Shock (W): 80 mana 16/15/14/13/12 seconds cooldown

Tashar throws a fireball to the target that deals 90/130/160/190/220 (+1.3 AD) magical damage over 5 seconds and after time dissapears deals 50/90/130/170/210 magical damage and stuns target for 1 second.

Summon the Frozen Watcher (E): 25 mana 30 seconds cooldown

Stun all enemies in the area of effect for 0.25/0.75/1.25/1.75/2 seconds.

The Spirit of the Crystal Sword (R): 100 mana 90 seconds coldown

Tashar bashes ground with his sword deals 300/500/700 (+0.9 AD)physical damage to all enemies in small area, stuns them for 2 seconds and creates global range wave, that deals 150/250/350 (+0.7 AD) magical damage IN THE LINE to all enemies which hits (Like Ezreal's ult.)
